2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You may only purchase products from this website as a consumer for personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to purchase products for commercial resale or business purposes, please contact us at help@genkitthings.eu.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to display our products accurately on this website, including descriptions, images, and colours. However, the appearance of colours on your device may vary depending on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that what you see on screen exactly matches the physical product.
All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or, where available, an equivalent alternative product.
Product packaging may vary from images shown on the website.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. Your order does not constitute a binding contract until it is accepted by us.
After placing your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is confirmation that we have received it.
Your order is accepted, and a binding contract formed, when we dispatch your product(s) and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order before dispatch, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment taken.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
5. Price and payment
All prices are displayed on the website at the time you place your order. Prices include VAT where applicable for UK and EU customers. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the delivery option selected.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We ship from warehouses located in the UK and the European Union. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. As a result, deliveries within the UK and EU are not subject to import duties or customs charges.
We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date, except where expressly agreed in writing.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery, our delivery partner may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Full details of our delivery options, timescales, and charges for your location are set out on our Delivery Information page, which is accessible from the footer of this website. Delivery costs are also shown at checkout before you complete your order.
7. Your right to cancel (consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods (the “cancellation period”). This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK customers) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU customers).
How to cancel:
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing before the cancellation period expires. You can do this by:
• Emailing us at help@genkitthings.eu stating your name, order number, and that you wish to cancel
• Using the Model Cancellation Form set out in Schedule 1 to these Terms (you are not required to use this form, but it is available for your convenience)
Returning products and refunds:
Full details of how to return products, who bears the cost of returns, refund timescales, and any product-specific exceptions to the cancellation right are set out on our Returns and Refunds page, which is accessible from the footer of this website.
The provisions of this section do not affect your statutory rights. Nothing in our returns process limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent applicable law.
8. Extended returns policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation right, GENKI may offer an extended returns period. Any extended returns policy specific to this brand will be set out on the relevant product pages or returns information page on this website.
Where an extended returns policy is offered, the terms of that policy (including any conditions on the condition of returned goods) will apply in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights.
9. Faulty or incorrect products
We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK customers) and applicable EU consumer law (EU customers), you have rights if the products we deliver are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at help@genkitthings.eu as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange, at our discretion:
• A repair or replacement of the faulty product; or
• A full or partial refund
Where a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund if you prefer. Where a fault is reported between 30 days and 6 months after delivery, we are entitled to attempt one repair or replacement before offering a refund. After 6 months, the burden of proof shifts to you to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
• We have insufficient stock to fulfil it
• A product was listed at an incorrect price due to error
• We are unable to deliver to your location
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse of our website
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund all sums paid by you within 14 days. We will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent EU consumer law.
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the products in that order.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by both parties at the time the contract was entered into.
We are not liable for any business losses. These Terms are for consumer use only.
12. Use of the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Use the website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without our prior written consent
All intellectual property rights in the content of this website, including text, images, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to GENKI or Atlantic Access Ltd. All rights are reserved.
13. Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Linking to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement of that website or its content.
14. Alternative dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us in the first instance at help@genkitthings.eu. We will do our best to resolve your complaint promptly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently signed up to an ADR scheme, but we are required to inform you that ADR is available. A list of approved ADR providers in the UK can be found at:

EU customers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes with traders:
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective as soon as the updated Terms are posted on this website. Changes will not affect any orders already accepted. We recommend you review these Terms before each purchase.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, notwithstanding the choice of English law.
