Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase and are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order, for any reason, no questions asked. Please contact us within those 14 days to initiate the process.

After the initial 14-day period, unopened and unused products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products after 14 days. If an opened product is returned outside of this window, you may be responsible for the cost of having it shipped back to you.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned within the 14-day period. Outside of this window, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible unopened and unused items.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the product is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover that cost.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service. We are unable to take responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking. Please include the return form from your original shipment when sending items back.
