However, if you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, we've made the process straightforward and hassle-free. Please note, the following policy excludes Covert Dock, ShadowCast, ForceField OLED, ForceField, Genki Audio and Genki Audio Lite.

Returns

You have 42 days after delivery to return unopened products purchased directly from Genki for a full refund. We aim for your absolute satisfaction, but should you wish to return an item, here's what you need to know:

  • Returns must be initiated within 42 days from delivery.
  • Items should be unopened, in their original condition, and must not show signs of use.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is due to an incorrect item being delivered.

Exceptions:

  • Items returned after 42 days from delivery.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products not in their original condition or missing parts.
Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange a product. You can exchange items purchased directly from Genki within 42 days after delivery. Opened items can be exchanged for the same item.

Exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Items returned more than 42 days after delivery.
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our goods come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Defects in the product must have appeared within 1 year from date of purchase in order to claim under the warranty.All warranty claims must be facilitated back through the retailer of purchase in accordance with the retailer's returns policies and procedures. Any cost incurred, as a result of returning the product to the retailer of purchase is the full responsibility of the consumer.
